Earthing is a way of making connection between electrical equipment and ground so as to provide alternative path for any surge / leakage current to save human life, apart from saving human life a good earthing saves equipment.

Maintenance free earthing has all the advantages over conventional earthing disadvantages. Since salt is not used in SG Earthing so its resistance values remains lower for a very long time, while instead of Charcoal and salt , GEM ( ground enhancing material ) is used.
